Welcome to TAGERP-A Hotel PMS, a product of Datagram Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Property Management System (PMS) hosted on www.tagerp.com or www.tagerp.me, you ("User," "Customer," or "Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement").
1. Trial Period and Subscription
- 1.1 Trial Period: We offer a 10-day free trial for new users. During this period, you may access all or limited features of TAGERP-A Hotel PMS without charge.
- 1.2 Subscription Activation: After the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. Failure to subscribe will result in the suspension of your access.
- 1.3 Subscription Plans: We offer monthly and annual prepaid subscription plans.
- 1.4 Payment Terms: All subscriptions are prepaid and must be paid in full before accessing the system.
- 1.5 Non-Refundable Payments: Payments made for subscription plans are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
2. Account and Usage
- 2.1 Account Registration: Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- 2.2 Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.
- 2.3 Usage Restrictions: You may not misuse the service, engage in illegal activities, or attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or resell the software.
3. Billing and Renewals
- 3.1 Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- 3.2 Billing Cycle: Monthly subscribers will be billed every month, while annual subscribers will be billed once a year.
- 3.3 Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until the payment is resolved.
- 3.4 Plan Changes: Users may upgrade or downgrade their plans; changes will take effect in the next billing cycle.
4. Service Availability and Support
- 4.1 Uptime Commitment: We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Termination and Suspension

- 6.1 Data Ownership: Users retain ownership of their data. We do not claim any rights over user-generated content.
- 6.2 Data Protection: We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee complete protection against cyber threats.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 No Warranty: The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Modifications to Terms
8.1 Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
