1. Trial Period

TAGERP-A Hotel PMS offers a 10-day free trial to allow customers to evaluate the product before committing to a subscription. During this period, customers can explore all features and determine if the solution meets their needs.

2. Subscription & Payment Terms

TAGERP-A Hotel PMS operates on a prepaid subscription model with the following options:

• Monthly Plan: Payment is collected in advance for each month of service.
• Annual Plan: Payment is collected in advance for the entire year.

Billing starts immediately after the trial period ends, and the customer is responsible for making timely payments to continue using the service.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our subscription service and the availability of a 10-day free trial, we do not offer refunds for any payments made, including:

• Monthly or annual subscription fees.
• Partial usage of the service.
• Downgrades, unused periods, or early cancellations.

4. Subscription Cancellations

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time via the account settings. Cancellation will prevent automatic renewal, but the service will remain active until the end of the prepaid period. No prorated refunds will be issued for cancellations before the subscription term ends.
