TAGERP-A Hotel PMS operates on a prepaid subscription model with the following options:
Billing starts immediately after the trial period ends, and the customer is responsible for making timely payments to continue using the service.
Due to the nature of our subscription service and the availability of a 10-day free trial, we do not offer refunds for any payments made, including:
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time via the account settings. Cancellation will prevent automatic renewal, but the service will remain active until the end of the prepaid period. No prorated refunds will be issued for cancellations before the subscription term ends.
